About the Tidy Towns Award: Overview
The Tidy Towns competition is launched each year in March and the closing date for entries in 2005 was Wednesday 11th May. Judging of entries takes place in June and July each year and the results are announced in September. Lismore, Co. Waterford was named as Ireland's Tidiest Town for 2004.
 
Who can enter?
Entry into the Tidy Towns competition is voluntary and the competition is open to everybody....
