On the 21st December 2012, residents of Newtown, In Trim, Co. Meath took part in a solidarity walk in remembrance of those who died in that terrible tragedy on the 14th December 2012 in Newtown, Connecticut. The walk was along the River Boyne and flowers were placed into the river as a tribute to those who lost their lives in the USA.
